Directions to the Bangor and Presque Isle Centers

The locations of Vision Care of Maine were chosen for the convenience of our patients. The facility offers easy access from I-95 via the Hogan Rd.. or from the heart of Bangor via Stillwater Ave. Our Presque Isle location is on Academy Street just after the Aroostook Medical Center. Our out-reach clinics are located in Dover-Foxcroft, Medway, Houlton, Caribou and Madawaska.

With countless other services located within a small radius of Vision Care of Maine, including the Bangor and Presque Isle Mall, we will make excellent eye care a part of your usual routine.

From the North to the Bangor Location

Exit I-95 at Exit 187 – Hogan Rd. Turn right onto Hogan Road. Continue straight through 2 traffic lights and at the third set of lights, turn right onto Stillwater Ave. Travel about 100 yards until you reach the Oak Ridge Development (VCOM will be the modern white brick building directly facing you – the back of Target will be on your right). Turn left into the development and pull into the first driveway.

From the South to the Bangor Location

Follow Route 1 South into the center of Presque Isle, turn left on Academy Street, Proceed up the hill for 1 mile. the office is across the street from the City Drug Store.

From the South to the Presque Isle location:

Connect with Route 1 North in the Houlton Area. follow Route 1 North to the City of Presque Isle. At the 2nd traffic light turn Right on Academy Street. Proceed up the hill for 1 mile. the office is across the street from the City Drug Store
