Using the Patient Portal

How to access your Patient Portal

  1. Log in to the Patient Portal here. (Or hover under the “Patient Resources” tab above and select “Access Patient Portal”!)
  2. You may receive an email notifying you that there are documents or messages in your Portal to view.

How to send a secure message to your physician

  1. From your homepage, select “My Messages”, then the blue “New Message” link.
  2. Select your Physician and the Message type.
  3. Type your message just like a regular email.
  4. When finished, click “Continue” and “Submit”.
  5. Replies from your physician will appear in your “My Messages” inbox.

How to request medication refills

  1. This is done by sending a message to your physician. Go to “My Messages” and click the blue “New Message” link.
  2. Select your Physician in the “To” field.
  3. Select “Medication Refills” as your message type and indicate which medication you wish to refill in the Message field.
  4. Click “Continue” and “Submit”.

How to update your Medical Record

  1. This is done by using the “Register” tool on the portal.
  2. This tool allows you to fill out a series of forms about your current medications, updates to your history, and other information about you.
  3. Once you complete the series of forms and submit the updates, a staff member will apply them to your records.
